Rutty, Needham Named Connecticut 6 Player, Rookie Of The Year
FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Quinnipiac University forward Justin Rutty earned the Connecticut Player of the Year award, while Fairfield University guard Derek Needham collected the Connecticut 6 Rookie of the Year award as voted by the six men’s basketball coaches of the member schools. All six schools were represented on the All-Connecticut 6 first and second teams.
